We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled 24 hours or more in advance will not incur any fee. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations, same-day rescheduling, and no-shows are considered missed appointments and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy helps us respect the time of our providers and other clients waiting for appointments.
